Fun Staff Portraits
A lot of the work that I do in the commercial portraiture space can be considered traditional, and rightly so! This isn’t always how I want it to be, but it is often due to the limitations that a client may place on you when giving out a brief. To this end, it is always refreshing to work with clients that want to do things differently. Here are a few examples of fun staff portraits from a recent shoot.
Don’t get me wrong, there is a time and place for traditional portraits, just as there is a time and place for something a little more lighthearted. I’m glad that we got it the right way around on this shoot! So often companies end up trying to portray themselves as something or someone that they aren’t. This all too often puts out a confusing message as to who you are, what sort of business you are after, or which types of clients you would like to represent.
Fortunately, this client got it spot on. They have two divisions and asked for a different look and feel for each. The other images were more formal and are similar to the many other shoots I have done over the years. I could have posted them as well, but why? These are the ones that are different. These are the ones that stand out!
If you, or your company are looking for something a little different then please feel free to get in touch!
